Without proper monitoring and evaluation of work progress, the standards may easily be compromised. We, therefore, maintain our high-quality standards throughout the site. Our company places great importance on ensuring efficient and effective site management. To achieve this, we assign a competent supervisor to each site who oversees day-to-day activities and maintains regular communication with the organization’s contact person. The supervisor also provides weekly progress reports to keep everyone informed. Our Manager takes responsibility for preparing and monitoring the weekly and monthly work schedule, which is shared with the client and supervisor.
They also visit the site weekly to assess progress and write reports. Additionally, our Managing Director occasionally visits the site to conduct thorough inspections and liaises with the organization’s contact person to assess overall progress. We pride ourselves on providing open communication and transparency throughout the project, and our clients are welcome to contact us at any time for updates or discussions regarding the project’s progress.
